Heating Systems

We'll replace any current forced air system. This can be a Furnace, AC,  or Heat Pump. 

Adding AC

Adding air conditioning to a current forced air system. This can be an AC compressor or heat pump. 

Indoor Air Quality

Filters and humidifiers to make the quality of air in your home dust free and comfortable.

Electric

From an outlet that isn't working to installing an EV charger and everything electrical in between. 

Do you offer repair and maintenance services?

Yes, and no.

We absolutely service systems that we install. Our top priority is ensuring our customers remain happy and comfortable.

However, we do not generally repair and maintain existing systems. We do this to keep our overhead as low as possible, ensuring unbeatable prices for the services we do offer.

That said, if you ever need a 2nd Opinion on what another HVAC company suggests, give us a call! 

Currently, we only work on forced-air systems. If your home has a gas furnace and vents, you have a forced air system.

We do not (yet) work on the following:

  • Boilers
  • Mini-Splits
  • Swamp Coolers (but we can add central air conditioning to your home if you already have a gas furnace!)
  • Hydronic Systems
  • Whole-home, new duct installation

Doran Electrical understands the common concerns and desires of homeowners and fellow contractors when hiring an electrician. This understanding has helped us to build a company that prides itself on unmatched service and the highest quality of electrical work. We aim to have excellent communication throughout the life of every project so that we are transparent in our dealings with customers, thus able to build trust.

We will beat any written quote provided by a local company for a forced-air HVAC system within 60 days, matching the system specs. We'll do a manual calculation to ensure the system we are quoting will meet your needs. So, we won't match a quote for a system that isn't setup appropriately for your house. Unfortunately, we see a lot of competitors provide quotes without doing a calculation as they prioritize profit over service. 

We built 2nd Opinion from the ground up to be as value-minded as possible. 

By keeping overhead as low as possible, we can undercut our competitors who have inflated headcount costs, administrative burden, and marketing budgets that must be factored into their prices.

Private Equity firms have a singular goal - to drive up the value of the business at all costs

  • Value extraction: taking from working Coloradans to Billionaire Investors
  • Slashing true value items like technician training
  • Increasing margins to maximize profit, not home owner value
Multimillion Dollar Marketing Budget

Marketing doesn't provide our customers with any benefit, so we don't prioritize it. 

  • No sports sponsorships
  • No expensive billboards or TV ads that the customer has to pay for
  • Minimal Search Advertising that can be more than $100k per month
Overpaid Sales Team

Because we focus on providing maximum value in a low-pressure sales process, we don't need to pay massive commissions.

  • HVAC Sales Reps (Comfort Advisors) often take home more than 10% of the total sale
  • No repair technicians that are there more to prep you for the sales reps instead of fixing the problem
Large Call Center

When the goal is quantity rather than quality, you need people to take and make calls

  • We won't call you to upsell products and services
  • You'll talk directly to the team that is managing your job
  • No escalating to managers as part of the sales scam
